Claudia Leonard Interiors is a full suite interior design studio. The studio's flagship store and office is located in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
CLI has completed projects in the Hamptons, New York City, Charleston SC, Kiawah Island, SC, Hilton Head, SC, Palm Beach, FL, Pinehurst NC, Charlotte SC, Westchester NY, Greenwich CT, and Boston, MA.
Specializing in residential interior design, the studio blends timeless and traditional design with modern touches for a space that tells a story.

Claudia Leonard SMITH
Claudia discovered her love for architecture and design at a young age while watching her mom collect furniture, art, and other treasures. This appreciation for incorporating timeless pieces in a space is the foundation upon which each of her designs is built. Claudia is passionate about sourcing a mix of custom pieces from tradesmen, craftsmen, and other makers to pair with collected finds to create a transitional space filled with character. At the crux of each of her designs is a desire to create an inviting and intimate space that tells a story as unique as the people who enjoy it.
With a unique background in design, finance, and project management, Claudia founded her own boutique full-service design studio to better serve her clients. Her education and experience in Finance and Design makes her a unique exception in the industry; a creative with business acumen.
In her downtime, you can find Claudia doing yoga, or on a long run on the Charleston Battery. Claudia and her husband Mike love being outside on the beach, and cook every weekend together, often hosting a large group of people.
Claudia's favorite place in the world is Southold NY, a special town on the North Fork of Long island, where her parents have a summer house they have traveled to for over 20 years.
